We have vacancies for native speaking Finnish candidates day, evening and night hours

Are you fluent in both Finnish and English and have a passion for customer service? ChatService is expanding its team and is looking for two dedicated Finnish employees to start as soon as possible. As our new colleague, you will play an important role in ensuring good customer service via chat and email for our Finnish iGaming customers. You will be working from our office in Østerbro, Copenhagen, where you will provide customer service for an international gaming operator that operates a number of different online casino and sports betting brands.

We are currently looking for:

1 night shift: Working hours from 24.00 - 08.001 evening shift: Working hours from 16.00 - 24.001 day shift: Working hours from 08.00 - 16.00

Salary and conditions:

Salary: 130 DKK/hour during day and evening hours and 150 DKK/hour at nightTraining: You start with a 2-week in-depth customer service training programme at our office in Copenhagen, where you will receive a salary throughout the courseWorkplace: Our office in Østerbro, Copenhagen. It is a stone's throw from Vibenshus Runddel St.

We are looking for someone who:

• Write flawless Finnish and have good English skills
• Are at least 18 years old
• Can work a minimum of 3 x 8 hours per week
• Enjoy helping other people
• Enjoy working independently and are detail-orientated.
